Chef Sujan Sarkar's Indienne Gets One Michelin Star

On November 7th, the Michelin Guide revealed city guides for New York, Washington DC, and Chicago. Indienne, a fine-dining Indian restaurant in Chicago, was a recipient of the coveted Michelin star. Chef Sujan Sarkar, owner of the newly minted Michelin Star restaurant, spoke to Times Now Digital about his mission to share flavours of the Indian subcontinent with the world.
