Chelsea given transfer ban for 2 windows over under-age signings

EPL side Chelsea have been handed a transfer ban by FIFA for a duration of two transfer windows after the club was found guilty of systemic breach of rules regarding dealings with under-age foreign players. Chelsea have been fined 600,000 Swiss francs (₹4.26 crore), while England's Football Association has also been handed a fine of 510,000 Swiss francs (₹3.62 crore).
