Chelsea head coach calls Carabao Cup 'least important' after being knocked out of it

Chelsea head coach Xabi Alonso has called the Carabao Cup the "least important competition" after being knocked out of the tournament. Liverpool defeated Chelsea 6-5 on penalties at Anfield. Notably, this was his third defeat in three visits to the ground as a manager, following previous losses with Bayer Leverkusen in 2024 and Real Madrid in 2025.
