Chemotherapy drugs' prices revised by Centre; list shows new prices

The Centre has revised the ceiling prices of multiple critical drugs, including those used in chemotherapy to treat cancer. Chemotherapy drugs carboplatin and cisplatin will now cost ₹90.74/ml and ₹10.89/ml. BCG vaccine, used to treat tuberculosis, will now cost ₹9.89/0.10 ml, while the measles-rubella vaccine will now cost ₹87.93/0.5 ml. The prices of tetanus injections have also been increased.
