Chennai gets 100 cm rainfall in Nov for 3rd time in 100 yrs, video shows waterlogging

For the third time in 100 years, Chennai has received 100 cm of rainfall in the month of November this year. Heavy rains have resulted in severe waterlogging in many parts of the city. Water pumping is underway in many areas to drain rainwater. According to the the IMD, rains are expected to continue till November 29 in Chennai.
