Chennai vaccinates over 1 lakh stray dogs against rabies

Chennai Corporation has vaccinated over 1 lakh stray dogs against rabies under its 75-day drive, crossing half of its 2 lakh target. As of September 25, 1,00,378 dogs had received anti-rabies shots. The campaign, launched on August 11, also provides parasite-control medication through mobile teams covering different zones across the city.
