'Chhattisgarh CM advised me to go to Dubai,' says man claiming to be Mahadev app owner

A man claiming to be the owner of Mahadev betting app said in a purported video that Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel advised him to go to Dubai and 'expand his work'. Shubham Soni said he had paid ₹10 lakh/month 'protection money' to CM Baghel's political advisor Vinod Verma. Baghel has been accused of receiving ₹508 crore from the app's promoters.
