Chhattisgarh CM orders probe into Vedanta power plant blast

Chhattisgarh CM Vishnu Deo Sai has ordered an inquiry into the blast at the Vedanta power plant in Sakti district, which claimed 17 lives and injured several others. "A high-level inquiry will be done, and strict action will be taken against…guilty," Sai said. The explosion occurred in a steel tube carrying high-pressure steam from the boiler to the turbine.
