Chhattisgarh man detained in Russia, sister seeks govt's help

A 21-year-old from Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh, who was allegedly detained in Russia and tortured to join the war, has been out of contact since October 7. His 17-year-old sister Ashi Dubey approached the district administration for help. Local police have written to the Indian embassy and the administration has also contacted the Ministry of External Affairs.
