Chhotubhai Vasava made acting Prez of JD(U) rebel faction

Gujarat MLA Chhotubhai Amarsinh Vasava was elected as the acting President of the Sharad Yadav faction of the Janata Dal (United) in the national executive meeting on Sunday. The meeting, called by the rebel group, has reportedly constituted a disciplinary committee to decide on action against Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for forging alliance with the BJP in the state.
