Child's future unsafe with mother who fails in 'pious duties' towards husband: Pune court

A Pune court has granted interim custody of a 10-year-old boy to his father, observing that the boy's mother didn't appear to respect her husband. The court said a woman is expected to care for her husband physically and emotionally and pray for him. If she doesn't perform these "pious duties", the child's future is 'unsafe' with her, it added.
