Child seen hanging from balcony, people seen jumping after fire at high rise in Ahmedabad

Visuals of a child hanging from a balcony with family holding the child's arms after a fire at a high rise in Ahmedabad have surfaced. A video showed two men on the floor below rescuing the child and helping a woman and a girl after they jumped from the balcony. Thick black smoke could be seen billowing from the apartment.
