Children take control of $6 bn fortune in 3 days of father's death

The nearly $6 billion estate of Belgium's richest man Albert Frere, who passed away on Monday aged 92, has been transferred to his two children within 3 days of his death. Frere's 41-year-old daughter Segolene Gallienne and 67-year-old son Gerald Frere now control the family's Groupe Frere-Bourgeois. Both of them are already involved in the family businesses.
