Chileans celebrate after voting to change dictatorship-era constitution

Thousands of people across Chile took to the streets to celebrate after a majority of the voters endorsed a plan to rewrite the country's constitution, drafted under Chile's dictatorship four decades ago, in a referendum. "This referendum is not the end, it is the start of a road we must walk towards a new constitution," Chile's President Sebastian Pinera said.
