Chimpanzees are rational thinkers like humans, study suggests

Like humans, chimpanzees might also be rational thinkers with the ability to change their minds based on the available evidence, as per a study published in the journal Science. The researchers found that on being presented with two boxes (one with food), these apes would make and switch their choices based on the strength of the clues they were given.
