China & India are not competitors but cooperators: Chinese envoy

China's Ambassador to India, Xu Feihong, emphasised on Thursday that China and India, as the two largest developing countries, are "development partners not threats". "We are not competitors but co-operators," Xu stated, adding that President Xi Jinping and PM Modi have reached many important consensus. "We have enough wisdom and capabilities...to get along with each other," he added.
