China asks India to not interfere in Dalai Lama's succession

China has asked India not to interfere in the succession of the Dalai Lama, as the Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) is set to host an event in Dharamsala on May 27 which will be attended by the current Dalai Lama. The Chinese Embassy said that any sovereign nation does not recognise CTA and has no authority to represent Tibetan people.
