China builds platform on Bombay Reef in S China Sea: Report

China has built a new platform on the Bombay Reef, part of the Paracel Islands in the disputed South China Sea, US-based think tank Asia Maritime Transparency Initiative has claimed. The think tank added that the structure could be used for military purposes. China claims over 90% of the disputed South China Sea.
