China doubtful of its ability to invade Taiwan: CIA chief

Chinese President Xi Jinping and his military leadership "have doubts" about their ability to invade Taiwan after witnessing Russia's experience in Ukraine, CIA Director William Burns said. However, he stated the US needs to take China's ambition of invading Taiwan "very seriously". He added West's support for Ukraine may also be acting as a deterrent to China.
