China explains how US keeps taking loans to repay loans, shares video mocking it

China shared a video mocking US over its $40-trillion debt. It showed a pigeon checking out fighter jets, battle tanks and aircraft carriers being purchased by an eagle who has no money to pay. "Everyone needs dollars, and my IOUs happen to be denominated in dollars. Convenient, huh?" the eagle said, jokingly explaining how US keeps borrowing to repay loans.
