China factory fire kills 19, 5th incident in 6 months: Report

A factory fire in east China has killed 19 people, authorities said on Monday, fifth such accident in the past six months, report said. The fire broke out on Sunday at a facility owned by the Ruiqi Daily Necessities Company, reports said. Earlier, the Chinese government had reportedly ordered nationwide inspection of chemical industries to prevent large scale factory explosions.
