China man found with sewing needle lodged near heart

A 35-year-old man in China was found to have a 36 mm sewing needle lodged in protective sac around his heart after visiting hospital for painful urination and blood in his urine. A CT scan also revealed multiple metal objects across his body. Doctors immediately removed the heart needle and others from his bladder. He is recovering well following surgery.
