China modernised its weapons, competing using traditional methods difficult: ITBP chief

ITBP DG Shatrujeet Kapur said that competing with China using traditional methods is difficult as it has invested heavily in modernisation of weapons for its army PLA. He advocated using drones, citing the example of Russia and Ukraine. "We've seen Ukraine, which is a much smaller country,  inflicted 10-15,000 monthly casualties on Russian forces despite being a superpower," he explained.
