China offers 10 incentives to Taiwan after opp'n leader's visit

China on Sunday unveiled 10 new incentives for Taiwan, following talks between Taiwanese opposition leader Cheng Li-wun and President Xi Jinping. The measures include exploring regular communication between the opposition party and China's Communist Party. It also includes full resumption of flights, easing tourist curbs and allowing certain Taiwanese television dramas to be broadcast in China.
