China offers Tesla CEO Elon Musk permanent residency

Tesla CEO Elon Musk was offered a 'Chinese green card' by Chinese Premier Li Keqiang after he said, "I really love China, I am willing to visit here more". Musk was in China to formally begin the construction of Tesla's Shanghai Gigafactory, which is the automaker's first factory outside the US. He met the Chinese Premier on Wednesday in Beijing.
