China once again targets QUAD, says 'We oppose forming exclusive groupings'

China has once again targeted the QUAD, a group of India, US, Japan and Australia, with Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Mao Ning stating, "We oppose forming exclusive groupings or engaging in bloc confrontation." Ning added, "Cooperation between countries should be conducive to regional peace, stability and prosperity and not target any third party." This comes after the QUAD meeting in Delhi.
