China plans to build lunar base using Moon soil in 5 yrs: Report

China is planning to start building a lunar base using soil from the Moon in five years, as per report by Chinese media. A conference was recently held in Wuhan, China, to discuss ways to build infrastructure on the Moon and saw participation from over 100 Chinese scientists, researchers and space contractors. China retrieved samples from the Moon recently.
