China punishes Weibo for 'interfering with online communication order'

China's internet regulator has punished microblogging platform Sina Weibo for "interfering with online communication order, disseminating illegal information and other problems". Cyberspace Administration of China has ordered Weibo to disable some of its features for a week as a punishment. However, it's not clear whose communications Weibo is being punished for interfering with.
