China records 4.3.% GDP growth rate in Q2, slowest pace in 3 yrs

China's gross domestic product (GDP) grew 4.3% in the second quarter, recording the weakest growth in over three years. The growth rate released by the National Bureau of Statistics was also below the official target range of 4.5% to 5%. GDP grew 0.9% on a quarterly basis in the second quarter, compared to a 1.3% growth in the previous quarter.
