China reiterates opposition to US sanctions on Iran amid 25-yr pact

China has reiterated its opposition to the unilateral sanctions by the US on Iran as it launched the 25-year cooperation agreement with Iran in Wuxi on Friday. Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said that China would firmly support resumption of nuclear pact negotiations. Subjected to US sanctions, both signed the agreement to strengthen their economic and political alliance last year.
