China rejects Phase 2 of WHO's COVID-19 origin investigation

China has rejected Phase 2 of World Health Organization's (WHO) plan to investigate the origin of coronavirus pandemic. China's deputy health minister Zeng Yixin said that the plan showed "disrespect for common sense and arrogance toward science". The WHO wants to audit laboratories in the area where the virus was first identified.
