China's housing market erases all gains from last 20 years, sees signs of crash

China's housing market erased all gains it made in last 20 years, as it reportedly stares at a nationwide crash. Bank for International Settlements data showed that China's real-time residential property prices are back near the 2006 levels, five years after peaking in 2021. Recent data showed that Chinese housing market has also hit its most unaffordable level in history.
