China seeks targeted security for its citizens in Pak amid attacks

A week after two of its citizens were killed in Pakistan, China underscored the necessity of "targeted security measures" to protect Chinese nationals working in the country. Pakistan has agreed to increase security for Chinese citizens and projects in the South Asian nation, a joint statement said on Tuesday. China's Premier Li Qiang virtually inaugurated a Beijing-funded airport in Balochistan.
