China slams US over 'forced labour' probe that targets India too, says 'We'll act in our interest'

China slammed the US after it announced that it was probing 60 trade partners, including India and China, over "failure to prevent trade in products produced with forced labour". Calling for the US to resolve differences through dialogue, China said it reserves the right to act to safeguard its rights and interests. China characterised the probe as unilateral and discriminatory.
