China to launch world's 1st Thorium Molten Salt Nuclear plant

China plans to set up the World's first molten salt nuclear power plant in Gobi desert. The project will start operations in 2025. The plant will use thorium instead of uranium. As per China it will reshape global energy with its high end technology. Chinese government plans for a safer and cleaner nuclear power generation.
