China to lower import tariffs on some products starting 2026

China will lower import tariffs on certain products like recycled black powder used in lithium-ion batteries next year. Levies on medical products, including artificial blood vessels and diagnostic kits for certain diseases, will also be lowered. For 935 products, the provisional import tariff rates levied on them will be lower than the most-favoured-nation rates applied to all WTO member states.
