China to process visa applications directly in India from Oct 26

China will directly accept and process visa applications in India from October 26, ending third-party visa application centre services. The Chinese consulates in New Delhi and Mumbai will handle applications directly, while the Kolkata consulate’s services will temporarily be managed by the New Delhi embassy. Applicants must complete an online application before submitting passports in person.
