China unveils 'Starlink killer' that can destroy satellites with invisible waves

China's NUDT unveiled high-power microwave weapons that can deliver an output of up to 100 gigawatts, marking a rare disclosure by Chinese military. The pulse-power tech can use invisible microwaves to damage and destroy even expensive low-Earth-orbit satellites like Elon Musk's Starlink at extremely low cost, SCMP reported. Notably, even a 1-gigawatt microwave pulse can damage satellite hardware.
