China's 'Bat Woman' provides new evidence her lab isn't source of COVID-19

A virologist known as China's 'Bat Woman' for her work on viruses in bats provided new evidence that her lab wasn't the source of COVID-19 in research published in Nature journal. Shi Zhengli retested blood samples taken in 2012 from four miners who fell ill after clearing bat faeces. The results showed they didn't have the virus that causes COVID-19.
