China's COVID wave's peak to last 2-3 months & impact rural areas: Expert

A Chinese epidemiologist warned that COVID-19 wave's peak in China is expected to last two to three months and will have massive impact on rural area. Zeng Guang predicted that cases will rise in rural areas as many people will travel to their home towns for the Lunar New Year. China witnessed rising cases after it dismantled 'zero-COVID' policy.
