China's top-earning actress fined $129 million for not paying tax

Fan, who has been missing for months, has been ordered to pay 883 million yuan ($129 million) in fines and unpaid taxes after she failed to pay 255 million yuan in dues. She won't face criminal charges if the amount is paid on time.
