Chinese astronauts to test bricks made of lunar soil in space
China has sent three astronauts to its space station to conduct various experiments, including testing bricks made from simulated lunar soil under space conditions. If successful, these bricks could become key in constructing a permanent lunar research station by 2035, reducing the need for Earth-sourced materials. The bricks will be delivered to Shenzhou-19 crew via a cargo mission next month.
