Chinese billionaire won't be charged for rape after probe in US

Chinese e-commerce giant JD.com's billionaire Founder and CEO Richard Liu won't be charged in connection with a rape investigation in Minneapolis. Prosecutors said there isn't enough evidence to prove the crime after Liu was accused of allegedly raping a 21-year-old female Chinese undergraduate student. Liu was released without charge about 17 hours after he was arrested on August 31.
