Chinese billionaire's US penthouse mysteriously catches fire hours after his arrest

Hours after US authorities arrested Chinese billionaire Guo Wengui for allegedly orchestrating a billion-dollar fraud, his penthouse in Manhattan mysteriously caught fire. The fire broke out while FBI agents were conducting a search of the home.
