Chinese dissident awaits asylum while living at Taiwan airport

A Chinese dissident who has been living out of a suitcase at Taiwan's Taipei airport since last Friday said he's willing to "wait for months" to be granted asylum in either the US or Canada. The man, Chen Siming, would regularly commemorate the 1989 Tiananmen Square massacre and had also been detained in China. Siming escaped from China via Laos.
