Chinese firm Alibaba sues US, seeks removal from Pentagon blacklist

Alibaba, the Chinese ‌technology and e-commerce giant, sued the US government on Tuesday, seeking its removal from the Pentagon's blacklist. The complaint was filed in a federal court in California after the Pentagon expanded its blacklist of alleged "Chinese military ​companies" on June 8 to 188 entities. "The determinations have no basis in fact or law," Alibaba said.
