Chinese firm gifts ₹1.5-crore flats to employees completing 5 yrs

A Chinese company is rewarding employees with ₹1.5-crore flats for completing five years to retain top talent. However, the recipients would have to sign an agreement to stay for another five years. The owner of the company spent over 10 million yuan (approximately ₹12.7 crore) on acquiring the units two years ago when they cost less than they do today.
