Chinese scientists mapped deadly Coronavirus 2 weeks before world knew: Reports

Chinese scientists had isolated and mapped the virus that causes COVID-19 in late December 2019, at least two weeks before Beijing revealed details of the deadly virus to the world, congressional investigators said. As per official documents, Chinese scientists uploaded a nearly complete sequence of the SARS-CoV-2 virus to the US government-run database on December 28, 2019.
