Chinese stocks record best week in 16 years after stimulus boost

Stocks in China recorded their best week in almost 16 years after the government launched a huge stimulus package to revive the economy. The CSI 300 index was up almost 15% for the week in its best performance since November 2008. Due to the massive rally in shares, Shanghai's stock exchange suffered glitches and delays in processing orders.
