Chinese women economists called 'traitors' for meeting with Yellen

A group of Chinese female economists were criticised on Chinese social media by some netizens after they met US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen. The netizens accused them of treason for meeting Yellen and being "radical feminists". Some users also called US' Yellen an "obviously dangerous person". Notably, Yellen had lunch with six female economists in Beijing on Saturday.
